All dishes I learned while traveling in Italy that are all now considered Roman dishes because they in a sense have perfected them… Pasta are subject to change based on price and quality of product as well as time during the demonstration. I’d like to speak about the history of those dishes as well give some great tips on different pastas to use as well as sauces.
